You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

The ideas and project plans you create on FounderLess belong to you. However, the platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by FounderLess and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the operation of the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

7. Termination
FounderLess reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the platform and delete any content you have downloaded or copied.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
FounderLess does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FounderLess be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FounderLess in the past 12 months.

FounderLess reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
